We, inMelo - Music Video Editor (inMelo) is a video editing application offered by Music Video Editor with Effects & Slideshow. inMelo attach great importance to users' personal privacy. Disclaimer: Please note that we are not affiliated with or authorized by any government institutions. Our app is entirely developed by private groups.

1.When you want to select the photos or videos or save your completed work, we may need storage permission to read and save your work on your device.

2.When you want to use the app feature of Album Face Recognition, we need storage permission to scan the photo album on your device, it's only used for helping you to quickly find the photos with human faces. Please note that inMelo will never collect and store your photos or face data when you use our application. All photos on your device will be stored locally. And any user information can not be shared with any third parties.

When you want to take photos or videos in the app, we need your permission to access and use the camera.

When you choose to utilize our advanced features such as Advanced Night View, Image Expand, or any upcoming enhancements, the photographs you actively provided may be temporarily uploaded to our cloud servers for processing. This is technically necessary to enable these features. Only the photos you select to upload are processed, and they are deleted from our servers immediately after processing is complete. We do not store or use your photos for any other purpose, regardless of which photo editing features you use in the application.

For AI VIDEO（external third-party API）features, inMelo may require permission to upload your selected videos, images, and related audiovisual content to its servers solely for technical processing purposes, including video analysis, transformation, enhancement, synthesis, or other AI-based video processing operations.

By accessing or using these features, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions to upload and process the relevant content, and that such use does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

All uploaded content is used exclusively to provide the specific AI video features you request and to generate processed results derived from your own content. Once processing is completed, the resulting output is returned to you.

Any uploaded audiovisual content is retained only for the period necessary to complete the requested processing and ensure proper delivery of the results, after which it is deleted without undue delay. In limited circumstances, such content may be temporarily retained for the period required under applicable laws, where necessary for technical troubleshooting, service reliability, or compliance with legal obligations, and is automatically deleted thereafter.

Processed video content is not shared with other users and is not made publicly available. inMelo processes videos and audiovisual materials solely to the extent necessary to provide the requested AI video services and does not retain such content beyond what is required, regardless of which AI video features are used within the application.

inMelo and the third party do not use any video, image, or audiovisual data collected through these AI video features to train, improve, or develop its machine learning or artificial intelligence models.

2.The technical information we get, or the third party may get when you use our app

When you emailed us, we will receive the log data that the system automatically sent to us. This log data includes your name, email address, device information, location information and your response.

We may work with the third party such as Google Firebase to collect information about your activity on our app, like service-related and performance information. This includes information about how you use our app, the time, frequency, and duration of your activities. Based on the information we collect from your activity, we could analyze usage trends for the services to improve our service.

Admob as an advertiser of inMelo, may collect information generated during your use of our products and services, extract your preferences, and use them to show you ads that are more in line with your individual needs. We will use technical means to anonymize the data, and the anonymized information will not be able to identify the subject.

We respect the rights you have about your information. Under the applicable law in your jurisdiction, you may have one or more rights we list below, unless otherwise specified (the California residents or the residents of the EEA please refer to the specific section).

• The right to know,what information we collect from you, how we use it and who we shared with.

• The right to correct,if you found that your information that we collect is inaccurate or incomplete.

• The right to opt out,if you don't want to receive personalized ads (if we display the personalized ads on our app).

In order to provide you with more complete and high-quality products and services, we may share some of your personal information with our partners. Please note that we will only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes. At the same time, we require third parties to deal with shared information with confidentiality and security measures no less than those required by this policy. Once we discover any violation of dealing with the personal information, we will terminate the partnership immediately and pursue legal responsibility.

We will not transfer your information to any company, organization or individual, except for the requirements of laws and regulations, mandatory administrative law enforcement, judicial or regulatory requirements.

We will not disclose your information except for the specified situations below.

As a general principle, the app minimizes the collection and storage of personal information. Personal information is processed only where it is necessary to deliver the services you request or to comply with applicable legal obligations, and any such information is limited to what is strictly required for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy and retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill those purposes.

In most cases, content processed through the app—including videos, images, and other audiovisual materials—is handled in real time and is not stored on our servers beyond what is needed to perform the requested services.

Where AI-powered video processing features are enabled, the app may temporarily retain certain video, image, or audiovisual data derived from your uploaded content solely for technical processing purposes. Such data is retained for a limited period consistent with applicable laws and is automatically deleted thereafter.

At no point does the app retain video, image, or audiovisual data for long-term storage, user profiling, or for the purpose of training, improving, or developing artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We will try our best to secure your information to keep them private and complete. We protect them by the information security and access policies that limit unauthorized access to our systems, and technological protection measures such as encryption that ensure confidentiality of your information during analyzing or transmission.

However, please understand that any transmission of information via internet is not 100% secure. In other word, we can't guarantee that we can protect your information any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure through our app with error-free.

Our app is design for user over 13 (or such applicable age of majority under relevant local laws of the user) ["specific age"]. If you are the user who is under the specific age and need to handle some permission consent from our app, please do it with the help of your parents or the guardian. If we are notified that we have accidentally collected children's information in a manner inconsistent with the laws, we will delete it as soon as we can.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requires us to communicate information about rights California residents have under California law. You may exercise the following rights:

• Right to know and access.You may submit a verifiable request for information regarding the: (1) categories of Personal Information we collect, use, or share; (2) purposes for which categories of Personal Information are collected or used by us; (3) categories of sources from which we collect Personal Information; and (4) specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.

• Right to equal service.We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.

• Right to delete.You may submit a verifiable request to delete personal information about you that we have collected.

The General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") requires us to communicate information about rights the residents of the EEA.

We may change this policy from time to time and if we do. If you continue to use our app after those changes are in effect, you agree to the new policy. If the changes are significant, we may display a popup to notice or get your consent, as required by law.
